Michigan Academy of Media Arts, LLC Productions, is a privately owned production company engaged in video production, video editing, web development and graphic design.
We are committed to conducting our business in an ethical and socially responsible manner. This policy will be communicated to our employees, the community, our suppliers and any other interested parties as requested.
Our Environmental, Health and Safety Policy (EHS) is to ensure prevention of pollution, reduce the risk of occupational injuries, prevent illnesses, and continual improvement in environmental management. This will be accomplished in the following manner:
- Employees
We will provide a safe and healthy workplace, work diligently to prevent injuries and illnesses, and promote healthy lifestyles and respect for the environment. We will ensure that our employees have the awareness, skills and knowledge to carry out this policy.
- Compliance
We will ensure our products and operations comply with accepted environmental practices, applicable environmental regulations and requirements and meet our own internal EHS standards.
- Business Integration
We will integrate environmental management into our business and decision-making processes, regularly measure our performance, and continually improve to minimize the creation of wastes and pollution. We will manage our processes, our materials and our people in order to reduce the environmental impacts associated with our work.
- Suppliers and Contractors
We will ensure that our Suppliers and Contractors are aware of our Environmental Health and Safety Policy and the requirements of our Environmental Management System and OHSMS.
